Steel structure size of photovoltaic panels

All the profiles used in our solar panel structure systems are made of S350-GD galvanized structural steel (from Zn 450 up to ZnMg 310 gr/m²), corrosion resistant, have a very low weight and have a high strength. Because of this, the structure will last much longer than the solar panels mounted on it.

In proposed structure we focus mainly on design of steel structure for implementation of solar panels on Trinity Academy of Engineering. Solar panels are economically and environmentally beneficial especially at Trinity Academy of Engineering, Pune where energy consumption is quite high.

In the photovoltaic (PV) solar power plant projects, PV solar panel (SP) support structure is one of the main elements and limited numerical studies exist on PVSP ground mounting steel frames to be a research gap that has not be addressed adequately in the literature.

As solar panels are becoming more and more popular around the world, more and more businesses are looking to take advantage of them. The metal structures offered by us are ideal for photovoltaic panels (solar panels), and because they are made of light steel profiles designed and manufactured with high precision, the assembly becomes easy and fast.

As we are designing steel structure for installation of solar panels at suitable height the floor area of terrace can be used. The north facing steel truss is choose for application because this truss in one side sloped so, the shadow of one panel doesn't interrupt another solar panel therefore we get higher energy.

There is consideration about design and analysis of solar panel support structure by considering environmental effects like wind load, structural load and height of structure.
