The fuzzy theory approach was used to study the frequency regulation strategy of battery energy storage in the literature, and an economic efficiency model for frequency regulation of battery energy storage was also established. Literature proposes a method for fast frequency regulation of battery based on the amplitude phase-locked loop.
The frequency regulation power optimization framework for multiple resources is proposed. The cost, revenue, and performance indicators of hybrid energy storage during the regulation process are analyzed. The comprehensive efficiency evaluation system of energy storage by evaluating and weighing methods is established.
